- You are physically fit to participate in sports activities

Participation is at your own risk.
3. Registration & Payments
- Registration for events, camps, or community activities may be required
- Fees, if applicable, will be communicated in advance
- Payments must be made in full by the specified deadline
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Unless explicitly stated, all payments are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Changes
By Participants
- Cancellation policies may vary by event or camp
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees

We reserve the right to:
- Modify event formats, schedules, or locations
- Cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, low participation, or circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative or credit where appropriate.
5. Health, Safety & Liability
Participation in tennis and padel involves inherent physical risks.
By participating, you:
- Acknowledge and accept all risks associated with sports activities
- Confirm you are medically fit to participate
- Agree that THE ONLY TENNIS is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during participation
Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Act respectfully toward other players, staff, and partners
- Follow instructions from organizers and officials
- Maintain appropriate behavior on and off the court
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and related materials (including text, logos, images, videos, and branding) is the intellectual property of THE ONLY TENNIS unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, or use such content without prior written consent.
8. Media & Photography
By participating in our events or activities, you grant THE ONLY TENNIS permission to:
- Photograph and record video during events
- Use such content for marketing, promotional, and communication purposes
If you do not wish to appear in media materials, please notify us in advance.
9. Data Protection

Events may take place at third-party venues or involve third-party service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
